How I Work With Schools
My work with schools is grounded in the integration of psychological insight and educational leadership, drawing on more than 25 years of experience as both a clinical psychologist and a Head of School. I partner with school leaders, faculty, and boards to strengthen the systems that support student development, adult collaboration, and overall school culture. Through a developmental and systems-based lens, I help schools better understand the needs of their students while also attending to the relational dynamics, structures, and decision-making processes that shape daily life within a community.

Guided by the philosophy of
Building
Villages
Together, I work collaboratively with schools to intentionally cultivate environments where both students and adults can thrive. This may include leadership coaching, faculty development, strategic planning, or consultation around student support, school climate, and DEI work. Across all of these areas, my focus is on helping schools build strong, connected communities grounded in shared values, clear communication, and a deep understanding of human development—so they can not only respond effectively to challenges, but also proactively create conditions for growth, resilience, and meaningful engagement.
